The owners of TiksPac decide on Tikspac's affairs at the general meeting (annual general meeting). According to the Companies Act, notice of the meeting must be given no earlier than 6 and no later than 4 weeks before the meeting. Notice is given by advertisement in Post och Inrikes Tidningar, the company's website and by announcement in Dagens Industri that notice has been given. All shareholders are invited to the meeting.
